A9 Pro Membership

First, sign up to become a pro member - you'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Make sure you're signed in to your account. You will see a credit applied to your account worth 9 hours of reservation time. Then just make a reservation from the reservations page and apply your membership credit!

After you've used your nine hours of reservation credit, you can purchase additional reservations for $30 per hour every day, regardless of weekday or weekend pricing for non-members.

Of course. Our goal is flexibility to meet your schedule. The monthly membership is a month-to-month option and you'll be notified before you are charged for the upcoming month.

If you purchased a membership and haven't used any of your credits or membership discounts, you may request a refund within five days of purchase. After that, any future payments will be cancelled but we are unable to refund the current membership period.

Unused hours expire at the end of every month - they do not roll over to the next month.

We make sure we have enough availability for members to use their hours each month. If for example, a member had 20 hours saved from previous months, and then that member uses all 20 in one month, we risk not being able to have enough availability for other guests.

Each month, you'll receive another nine hours for as long as you're a member!

You will be charged for each subsequent month ~30 days from the date you signed up. For example, if you became a Pro Member on March 8, 2024, your next month would begin on April 8.

We're a bit biased, but YES. As a member, when you use your nine free hours, you are receiving a 50-60% discount per hour! That's a 200%+ ROI every month! Plus, you'll receive additional benefits like member-exclusive discounts, members-only pricing (weekday pricing every day), and a quarterly gift for as long as you're an active member.
