Find a simple solution to the most common issues
Step 1: Check physical conditions
- place your ball in the center of the hitting area
- make sure you are using a white or yellow ball only
- make sure there is only one ball in the hitting area
- make sure nothing else is visible in the hitting area (tees, debris, etc.)
- try hitting another shot after confirming conditions
Step 2: Restart Trackman Performance Studio
- Navigate back to main menu
- click the bottom-right button (facility name) then exit
- on the desktop, double-click the orange TPS icon
- if you see a target selection screen, click the grey "Reset" button in the bottom right corner
- test another shot, and if this doesn't work, contact us via live chat
Step 1: Close Virtual Golf
- press the Windows key or swipe up from the bottom of the touchscreen
- right click the green Virtual Golf application icon
Step 2: Resume Play
- if there's an orange "Resume from hole..." button in the top right popup, press it - otherwise, press the "Back" button in the top left
- press "Resume from hole..." in the top right popup
- If there's no popup, navigate to the main menu and press the "My Activities" screen
- Select your round from the list to resume play
1. If you have a Trackman account...
- Click the "Quick Login" button in the Trackman app and scan the QR code on screen to login
- if this doesn't work, sign in with your email address/username and password when prompted or after clicking the "Sign in" button at the bottom left of the main menu
2. If you don't have a trackman account
- click the "Sign in" button at the bottom left of the main menu
- click "Create Account" at the bottom of the popup
- click the orange "Sign up with Email" button
- follow the prompts to register your account
3. If you want to play as a guest...
- pick a practice module or course
- click "add player"
- click "add guest"
- edit your player name (optional), select a color icon(optional), and select a gender
- click the orange "add guest" button
