Questions about the membership?
How does it work?
Once you sign up, you'll see the credits loaded to your account. Redeem your hours anytime within your billing cycle by booking online.
What if I sign up mid-month?
Your membership period begins when you first purchase and you have 30 days (90 for quarterly, 365 for annual) from that date to use your benefits.
For example, if you purchased a monthly Pro Membership on October 7, your renewal date would be November 7 and you would have until then to enjoy your nine hours.
How does the additional discount work?
Every membership includes a set number of hours. Once you've used them, you keep booking at member rates instead of standard rates, and the discount scales with your tier. Starter saves 5%, Pro saves 10%, Elite and Executive save 15%. The same discount applies to league passes and lessons.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course—there is no long term commitment. The monthly membership is a month-to-month option and you'll be notified before you are charged for the upcoming month.
Do unused hours roll over?
Starter Plan: On the starter plan, unused hours expire at the end of your billing cycle—they do not roll over to your next month.
Pro Plan: Up to 9 hours rollover per month, allowing you to have up to 18 hours in your bank. That way, if you're traveling for a month or unable to play, you can make it up the following months without needing to modify your membership.
Elite Plan: No hour rollover. There are so many hours in the Elite plan needing rolled over hours should never be necessary.
Is it worth it?
Of course we're a bit biased, but YES.
If you spend 4 or more hours per month at Another Nine, the Pro Membership is a great value.
If you take full advantage of the Unlimited Weekdays, you could be paying less than $5 per hour.
