All three deals are for September 9. The reservation deal follows the date you play, not the date you book — so pick a 9/9 start time and the discount is applied in your cart.
Membership and League Pass discounts apply at midnight on 9/9 and last for one day only while supplies last.
No. The discount is applied automatically once your cart qualifies. If you do not see it, check that your session start time falls on September 9.
