Thank you for your order. This Shipping Policy explains how Another Nine processes and ships orders placed through our website. Most orders are placed by Another Nine franchisees purchasing equipment, supplies, and branded materials, with limited merchandise available to others. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high volume, processing may take longer, and we will notify you if a significant delay is expected.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once it ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. If you have a question about a shipping destination, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order's size, weight, and destination. Delivery time frames are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Another Nine is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Franchisee Orders

Franchisee purchases are placed through the same online checkout. Franchisee orders may also be subject to pricing and terms set out in your Franchise Agreement or related purchasing documentation. Where those terms differ from this policy, the terms of your agreement with Another Nine control.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the order ships.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrect, contact us at support@anothernine.com within 30 days of delivery, and include your order number and photos of any damage where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received; in those cases we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Another Nine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping returned or undeliverable packages.
